ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Eligible applicants must operate a for-profit business within the City of Columbus that has been in operation for at least one year. Businesses must be current on all applicable taxes and must be able to provide volunteer labor to assist with project implementation if selected.

The program encourages applications from businesses located within Opportunity Neighborhoods and from those who have not previously received funding through City of Columbus Department of Development programs.

Submit Application
Complete the online application form by May 29th at 5:00 P.M. -
Application Review and Selection​
Applications will be reviewed by the City of Columbus. Grantees will be announced in June 2026. Selected businesses must be able to contribute a 10% match toward the total project cost. -
Design
Neighborhood Design Center will develop a design concept and facilitate support from the applicable neighborhood review board and approval from the City. -
Implement
Neighborhood Design Center will assist with material procurement and project implementation.
